Realizing that surgery only controlled how much she ate, exercise and nutrition became her new focus. Now, Brenda has taken the steps to teach others how to live a healthy and active life. She loves working with weights and workouts that focus on developing strength and balance. Brenda is incredibly grateful for the new opportunities given to her and hopes to continue to bring energy and fun to every class she teaches.
