Kelly, a.k.a Killer Kelly, trained under the skilled hands of Stephanie and Melissa. As a well-rounded athlete, ocean lifeguard for ten years, and group fitness trainer for 2 years, fitness has been a crucial part of her life for as long as she can remember. Her classes are high energy, full throttle, and always a blast. She makes it her mission to form personal bonds with each of her members in order to help them meet their ultimate goals!
Fitness and training have always been a huge part of Tammy's life. Tammy's fitness career started in 1994 when she became a certified fitness instructor through AAAI/ISMA and began teaching hi/lo, kickboxing and step. Tammy eventually fell in love with resistance training and got certified through W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training School). Tammy also obtained her group training certificate from AFAA and most recently became a certified Strong by Zumba Instructor. Tammy loves the fact that Strong incorporates both cardio and resistance training using no equipment. Fitness is her passion and she loves to share her passion with others and help them become the healthiest versions of themselves. Tammy feels that fitness should be a part of your daily routine, but it should also be fun!
