Stephanie has been in the fitness industry for over five years as a certified group fitness and boot camp trainer. She is truly passionate about helping those she trains to believe in themselves and push themselves outside of their comfort zones. Fitness and training have always been a huge part of Tammy's life. Tammy's fitness career started in 1994 when she became a certified fitness instructor through AAAI/ISMA and began teaching hi/lo, kickboxing and step. Tammy eventually fell in love with resistance training and got certified through W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training School). Tammy also obtained her group training certificate from AFAA and most recently became a certified Strong by Zumba Instructor. Tammy loves the fact that Strong incorporates both cardio and resistance training using no equipment. Fitness is her passion and she loves to share her passion with others and help them become the healthiest versions of themselves. Tammy feels that fitness should be a part of your daily routine, but it should also be fun!
